Are there different types of account profiles?

  • Yes.  When you apply for a position with Volkswagen Group of America Chattanooga Operations, LLC. you will have a:
    1. Talent Community Profile:  This profile is used to manage job alert emails and your basic information (ex. name, location, education, work experience, etc.)
    2. Application Profile:  This profile is used to submit and manage your job application and can vary based on the position(s) for which you apply.

 

What if I forgot my password?

  • If you forget your password, please click the "Forgotten Password" button and you will receive an email with instructions.

 

Should I submit my Resume or CV?

  • It is strongly recommended to upload your resume or CV to the Volkswagen Chattanooga Careers Site since your resume is an important part of our selection process and facilitates your profile creation process. When you use the "Import Profile" button to upload your resume, please double check your profile to ensure the information is accurately added.

 

Will I receive confirmation that I successfully submitted an application?

  • Upon submission of an application you will receive a system-generated confirmation at the email address you used to create your profile.  All positions to which you have applied are visible in your profile.

 

Is it possible to save an application that is still in progress?

  • The Volkswagen Chattanooga Careers Site allows you to save an application-in-progress and later return to complete it (provided the posted position is still accepting applications). To view/continue applications-in-progress, follow these steps:
  1. "Jobs Applied" link located in the middle of the page.
  2. "Sign In / View Profile" by using your Application Profile credentials at the top of the page
  3. "Saved Applications" will be any applications that were saved but not submitted to the position
