Setup and maintain organization of the Electrical Project Team. Define Process Flow and Work Instructions for department. Work and communicate with other departments to ensure buildability of pre-series and series vehicle.


  • Develop and improve the organization of 3 teams to ensure that incoming control units are fulfilling the requirements from Operative Team (OPT) in regards to part number, Hardware, and Software before they will be released to series and pre-series production
  • Mismatches needs to be reworked (e.g. software update) or escalated to find a solution
  • Create a continuous improvement environment to ensure a stable 0-error work process
  • Be a mentor for Team Members; motivate Team Members and develop teamwork
  • Ensure parts will be available for series and pre-series production in time, escalated and define counter measures if necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Production, Logistic and Engineering) to ensure preparation for new vehicle launches and life cycle changes
  • Benchmark with other departments/plants to improve cycle time and process
  • Develop and implement training plan for Team Members to improve overall organization capability
  • Ensure 5S standards and general operation policies
  • Calculate Capacity and Budget
  • Evaluate AWE, AEKOS and Program Points for impact of department process



  • 5+ years job related experience in Electronic or Software development, including Project Management
  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Must complete VW requirements to be a manager (possess Leadership License)
  • Basic German language knowledge
