Summary
Our internships are full-time positions (40 hours/week). Candidates will be expected to be available to work during normal business hours (Monday – Friday; exact hours will vary by position and some positions might require work on Saturdays). To be eligible for the internship program, candidates are required to be enrolled at an accredited post-secondary educational institution, or have graduated from one within the 6 months prior to the start date of the internship. Candidates who do not meet our guideline will not be considered. This position will start in August 2023 and end in December 2023 with a chance for extension through May 2024. Applications for later terms will not be accepted at this time.
Responsibilities
As a local intern the applicant shall work in in house Logistics supporting day to day operations as well as a special projects
Qualifications
Education
Required for external candidates: 2+ years towards a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Similar Fields.
Skills
Required:
- Excel Knowledge
- Proficient in English (writing, reading and speaking)
- Problem Solving Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Understanding of complex processes
- Flexibility to complete assignments is required
Preferred:
- MS Office Skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- CIP experience/knowledge
- Math/Analytical experience
